Karen McCarty

Karen McCarty has been with the Oregon DMV for the past 31 years. She started by helping customers in a field office, and then moved to other positions such as Fiscal Analyst, Legislative Analyst, and Project Manager. She most recently held the position of the Business Manager of the Service Transformation Program that carried out the implementation of the Oregon License Issuance and Vehicle Registration (OLIVR) program. After the project’s closure, Karen became the Business Systems Support Manager. Karen enjoys being part of the continuous modernization of the Oregon DMV.
