Nonie Manion

Nonie Manion joined Fast Enterprises in 2019 after serving for over 30 years with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. During her tenure, she progressed through the ranks serving in many capacities including the Director of Audit, Director of Processing, and Acting Commissioner. Nonie assists FAST clients in resolving management and compliance challenges; she is currently focused on supporting agencies in their response and recovery related to the COVID pandemic.
