In September 2022, leaders and staff from 17 DMVs gathered in historic Baltimore, MD for the 2022 Driver and Vehicle Agency Customer Conference (DVACC).
Presenters from FastDS-VS client agencies and FAST shared best practices and lessons from their experiences in:
- Transforming customer service with FastQ and virtual appointments
- Implementing mobile driver licenses (mDLs)
- Enhancing the photo process with FAST photo capture
- Managing vehicle e-transactions
FAST also unveiled the FAST Station Camera, a new product purpose-built for DMVs. With a sleek design and small footprint, the adjustable camera is cost-effective to deploy at every workstation.
FAST has held annual customer conferences since 2002. For our customers’ convenience, DVACC is held to coincide with AAMVA’s Annual International Conference. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this event such a success!

I am excited to be the 2022 DVACC Chair and to have the incredible opportunity to work with other motor vehicle and driver licensing agencies. I would like to thank you all for your hard work implementing new programs, pivoting operations, and so much more.
